The Process

Our 3 Step Process

Presoaking Foam:
Using proprietary, environmentally friendly foam treatment and cleansing agents that we developed just for wood and concrete surfaces, Cobra Deck and Concrete cleaners coat and penetrate these dirty, mildewed outdoor surfaces, virtually lifting dirt, mold, and grime to the surface like magic prior to the second step. This step is critical so that the power washing can be gentle and will not scar any of your surfaces.

Power Clean:
With carefully applied bursts of water, the pre-treated dirt, mold, and grime gets washed away. If you didn’t know better you’d think your Cobra Deck and Concrete cleaned outdoor surfaces were virtually brand new.

Protective Finish:
To help the rejuvenated outdoor surfaces looking like new, our final step of the Cobra Deck and Concrete Process is to seal and protect them with our proprietary polymerized protectants for extended protection against the elements.
